Brief Overview
This session introduces tools and techniques for setting expectations and building rapport in supervisory relationships. Participants will gain practical strategies for managing expectations, building rapport, and developing strong working relationships with their supervisees. This session introduces core supervisory skills and will be particularly valuable to colleagues who have recently taken on, or are preparing to take on, a supervisory role. This session is part of the Next Generation Research Supervision project, funded by the UKRI.
