This is a Tort Law lecture explaining how vicarious liability works.  It focuses mainly on how an employer can be held liable for a tort committed by an employee.  It then distinguishes an employer's vicarious liability from an employers' direct or primary liability towards an employee based on a tort committed by another employee.  The latter is often referred to as 'organisational' liability.
