Overhead squat protocol
- Stand with feet slightly wider than hip width, feet in paralell (a very small turnout is okay if needed, but not in 2nd position!)
- Lift hands overhead, palms facing each other, arms by ears.
- Squat as low as possible, keeping arms overhead
- The squat should be slow and controlled
