Brief Overview
This introductory workshop would cover:
- Overview of cross-sectional, panel data, and time-series data structures
- Appropriate statistical techniques for each data type (e.g., OLS, fixed/random effects, ARDL, VAR)
- Common challenges and diagnostic tests
- Brief introduction to software options (STATA, R, Python)
This session would help us identify our key audience, understand what type of data they are working with, and determine their software preferences for the follow-up workshop.
