Please complete this 15 minute warm up, or design your own, prior to taking part in any pre-recorded or live online classes. A warm-up should consist of:
- A gentle pulse raiser
- Mobilisation of the joints
- Activation of the main muscle groups to be used in class
- Dynamic stretches
- A moment to bring your mind into the space and prepare for class
- Marking material that may be used in the upcoming class
This video is 10 minutes long. You should then complete stage 3 of the warm-up yourself. This includes any areas you feel you need to warm up more, any physio exercises and marking material that will be coming up in the class you are about to participate in. Please ensure you do this before logging on for your class.
